At Dutch Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly described. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the record or equipment in its original mailer and include a copy of your receipt; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
